Our church has hosted a Christmas party for the Mount Dora Children’s Home for several years. Until this year. Concerns with COVID-19 will prevent us from hosting this year’s party.
But that doesn’t mean we’re “cancelling Christmas” for Mount Dora — no way! We will still be purchasing gifts for the children and single parents served by this wonderful facility. As of the date of this posting (November 12), members have already chosen all but four (4) names on our list. If you’d like to provide a Christmas gift for one of the remaining children or single parents on this list, contact Crystal Swilley.
