WATCH: Free Garage Sale!

On Saturday, July 23, 2022 our church hosted a FREE Garage Sale.

That’s right, FREE. Clothing, housewares, small appliances, electronics, even some furniture and bicycles for the kids. All FREE to the community. More than 100 people took advantage of this opportunity, with the Peaceful Paths Domestic Abuse Network gladly accepting all items that remained to benefit those they assist.

This brief video gives highlights of only the few hours of the event itself. The efforts behind the planning, organizing, moving and in some cases assembling the donated items occurred over a period of several weeks before the day of the “sale”. Logan Farley – who also came up with this idea for a “free garage sale”, and presented it to our shepherds a couple months ago – orchestrated the event, and her efforts along with those of several other volunteers made this “sale” a SUCCESS.
